Queensland Health (Organisation site ( ) )St George QLD 4487 (Australia) South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Cancer and Palliative Care to join our Primary and Community Care team at St George. Join us in building better health in the bush! The Clinical Nurse Cancer and Palliative Care practices autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide nursing services within a rural/remote health service setting. This role joins our other Clinical Nurse Cancer and Palliative Care to provide a comprehensive service to our local communities. The Clinical Nurse Cancer and Palliative Care is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research. The clinical nurse assumes responsibility for professional leadership in the service and applies critical thinking across all the domains. St George is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015.
