Clinical Nurse - Student Clinical Facilitator Permanent full time opportunity to provide clinical facilitation for undergraduate student nurses, who are undertaking clinical practicum within the RBWH, Metro North Health. Assist students to develop knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for practice within the clinical environment as a beginning level practitioner. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Support cost effective workplace teaching and learning that promotes and fosters a culture of continuous learning and inquiry. Liaise with Registered Nurses supporting students to clarify achievement of learning objectives. Practise collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups. Respond appropriately and provide support and direction to manage sudden alterations in the patient's health status using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills.
