What do we need you to do? As the Clinical Quality Analyst, you will develop and implement analytical solutions, provide insights to improve clinical outcomes, communicate findings to stakeholders, conduct data analysis, support governance processes, collaborate with teams for reporting, coach local teams, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Seniors Services directorate. As the Clinical Quality Analyst your role specifically will: Develop and implement analytical solutions to identify trends and drive improvements. Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders for governance and reporting. Conduct data analysis to uncover patterns and trends in clinical and service data. Monitor and report on clinical care and service data to support governance processes. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance clinical outcomes. Collaborate with Operational Support, IT, and Governance teams to ensure accurate reporting. Advise and coach local teams to build data analysis capabilities and improve processes. Partner with operations team to deliver high-quality and safe services. Support efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the Seniors Services directorate. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects across the Seniors Services directorate as required. What do we need you to bring? A bachelor’s qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience, typically with three (3) or more years in your area of expertise. Extensive experience in developing and analysing data sets and reports. Demonstrated experience in analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Expert-level knowledge of data tools and technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay organized, systematic, thorough, accurate, and disciplined. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate a complex organization, forge relationships, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
