Their mission is to promote human dignity, strengthen families, connect communities, and welcome marginalised individuals.The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager of Home Care, as the Director of Clinical Quality you will be responsible for: Develop and maintain practice guidelines, policies, and procedures aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements. Oversee clinical risk management processes, including incident reporting, clinical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support, mentor, and lead clinical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Monitor and support the analysis of clinical quality and safety performance indicators and benchmarks. About You To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Nursing background, with experience in aged care and high-level operational knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards. Understanding of key risks related to the provision of care and service delivery in an aged care setting. Strong understanding of policy, legislation and aged-care standards in relation to delivery of service. High-level verbal and written communication skills, with experience in writing policies and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role.
