About the Role The Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of education programs, resource materials, and support services related to the GSK enterprise to our pharmacy network. This role ensures that our pharmacists and pharmacy staff customers are well-equipped and supported to provide high-quality clinical services. As part of this unique and newly created role, you will have accountability of all pharmacy partnerships and engagement, driving advocacy for embedding vaccinations as a key part of the pharmacy clinical services amongst our pharmacy networks. Your role will be varied and will include: Build and maintain partnerships with key pharmacy organisations supporting the evolving scope of pharmacy practice. Work internally with brand teams to develop brand assets to support strategic partners. Partner with leading pharmacy education providers to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy staff to support implementation of guidelines, protocols, and best practices aligned to GSK therapy areas. Utilise digital platforms to distribute educational content, such as webinars, e-learning modules, and online forums. Be the key clinical services touchpoint between pharmacy stakeholder leadership team and GSK head office. Support compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations where needed. About you? As the successful candidate, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives. This will require effective communication skills and transparency, as you’ll need to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and honestly with senior management and team members. You’ll also have: Extensive experience in pharmacy or a clinical setting, with a focus on vaccination services. Strong knowledge of vaccination guidelines, protocols, and best practices. Ability to continuously monitor and analyse emerging changes and trends impacting the pharmacy marketplace and evolving scope of practice. Proficiency in digital platforms for education and resource distribution. A current pharmacist license will be highly advantageous. Why join us?
