The Role The Clinical Support Nurse is responsible for providing clinical leadership and product support to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) using Coloplast urology products. This consists of product and case support in theatre, educational in-services, community, and industry awareness activities. Your Responsibilities Support the Men’s Health and Endourology business by engaging with accounts via collaboration and guidance from QLD Territory Manager and Business Unit Manager Present during procedures and surgeries to assist HCPs with Coloplast product preparation, application and related questions Working closely with other HCPs to raise awareness for men’s urological conditions Organize and coordinate community awareness initiatives Pre-operative and post-operative education to patients undergoing penile prosthesis surgery Assessment and support of patients in hospital or consulting rooms, or via telephone for counselling or troubleshooting, where applicable. Maintain understanding of account potential across the territory To Succeed Nursing qualification required Minimum 5 years’ successful nursing experience in Urology High attention to detail and follow through Ability to work independently, high initiative, and results orientation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Willingness to travel Demonstrates effective time management skills and administrative capabilities What can we offer you?
