Job Description

Role: Local Trial Manager Location: Australia (home-based) As a Local Trial Manager, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. Frequent, consistent communication, both internally and with our client, positions our program to be closely aligned on our shared goals. What you will be doing: Lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations in Australia Ensure effective study risk management for assigned studies in Australia Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget execution of clinical trial deliverables Leadership of a regional matrix team to ensure delivery of country and site level study activities in alignment with the global study project plan Responsibility for study TMF completeness, quality and inspection readiness You are: Tertiary Degree qualified in Healthcare/Science or related field Previous clinical trial oversight/leadership experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential Prior background as a Clinical Research Associate is required You are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations Strong communication and relationship building skills Good multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
