Join the team Department Managers at Kmart live and breathe the Kmart values and are responsible for recruiting, leading, developing and coaching their team members. You will lead the Clothing Department team to drive sales by enhancing store presentation and visual merchandising, maximizing product availability, and enhancing the overall customer experience for your community. We are looking for Department Managers who are able to work across the following locations: Perth CBD, Kalgoorlie, East Victoria Park, Booragoon, Carousel, Innaloo, Maddington, Kardinya, Belmont and Morley. What you’ll be doing As a Clothing Manager in a Kmart store you will: Lead in-store processes Enjoy leading others Drive strategic sales Think on your feet Adapt to change Demonstrate resilience To be successful in this role you’ll have: Experience as a manager in a big box or high-volume retail environment A passion for delivering results that will motivate your team Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams Values that reflect a high level of commitment to ‘safety’ and a belief in constantly motivating your team to ‘reach higher’ every day.
