You'll ensure their needs are not just met, but exceeded, by truly understanding their business drivers. Own the delivery of our managed cloud services, ensuring we consistently smash SLAs and KPIs. You'll be the conductor of the orchestra, collaborating with Technology Delivery Managers and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and identify exciting growth opportunities. Go beyond maintenance and champion LAB3's value-add initiatives. From cost optimization and automation to process streamlining, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, identifying expansion opportunities and working with sales to secure renewals and major expansions. Lead seamless communication and collaboration between our clients and internal teams. Your expertise will be crucial during transitions, incident management, and project handovers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud solutions that anticipate and address our clients' evolving needs. Be a key player in shaping the future of cloud services delivery. About you Proven experience in client management, account management, or service delivery roles within a managed services or technology environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure and Microsoft 365. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. A passion for continuous improvement and a client-first mindset. Previous experience working with SOC type clients is highly advantageous. Holding an AGSVA NV1 also preferred but not essential.
