Job Description

Cloud Solution Architect (Azure) - Daily Rate Contract - 6 months - Sydney Cloud Solution Architect (Azure) to design and implement Azure-based solutions to create scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures, ensuring smooth integration and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design & Architecture: Architect Azure cloud solutions, provide detailed designs, and offer cost estimations. Cloud Strategy: Align solutions with the organization’s cloud strategy and IT roadmap. Implementation & Integration: Oversee cloud solution implementation and integration with existing infrastructure. Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security standards and regulatory requirements. Cost Optimization: Design cost-efficient solutions and implement monitoring tools to manage cloud spending. Documentation: Produce design documentation and technical artefacts for stakeholders. Qualifications: 6+ years in IT architecture with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Proven experience leading cloud migrations or large-scale cloud implementations. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and networking. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management processes. Key skills required for upcoming roadmap items: Azure Files and Azure File Sync service. Azure Landing Zones design creation. Azure Workloads Modernisation (IaaS to PaaS). Cloud Printing Solutions.
