As a Club Manager at our Cannington club , you will be responsible for inspiring your team and leading your club to success. Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club's operations. Key responsibilities: Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns Recruitment, training and retention of staff members Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders To be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
