We are currently looking for a Club Manager for our club at Jetts Mango Hill. This club is recently renovated only 18 months ago and features brand new equipment. About Jetts! Some of your responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical capabilities, medical history, and lifestyle to develop personalized exercise plans. Provide evidence-based exercise prescriptions, rehabilitation programs, and lifestyle recommendations to clients. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting exercise programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Foster positive relationships with existing patients, actively engaging and supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals. Coaching - engage & motivate your clients to perform at their best. Support Club-based challenges and member engagement initiatives. We're looking for special people to join our team. Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Signing on new club members. Providing personalized service and introducing members to the equipment, support, and facilities that we offer. Maintaining the cleanliness of the Gym at all times. Understanding, following, and promoting Jetts Policies, procedures, and operational standards. Maintaining a positive culture with all team members. Ensuring behavior is always professional and respectful to team members, members, and clients.
