NSW, Genesis Fitness Clubs - Coffs Harbour 2450 Full time role available Bring your previous sales management experience to this position Join an exciting and growing company About Genesis Fitness With 24-hour access, 7 days a week, our national network of health clubs spans across Australia at 42 locations (and growing!). Featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, boxing to cycling. We are passionate about creating a fitness community that is inclusive, encouraging, and empowering of everyone! The Role We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background. Your Key Responsibilities Include Achieving sales targets Manage and motivate a sales team Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets Implement an annual sales and marketing planner Create business opportunities with the local corporate market Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members You Must Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club Have extensive club management experience (essential) Be results driven Have experience managing staff and budgets Have a passion for health and fitness SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL If you are a passionate person who realizes the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilize your skills and passion in a health training environment, we want to hear from you!
