About the role As a Cluster Manager, you will have full accountability for your area of up to 15 sites. You’ll be responsible for developing your team to maximise business growth, focus on safety, and drive a consistent experience across all sites. You’ll have leadership and accountability for the portfolio’s people strategy including recruiting, training, and retaining great people. About you and your skills Work with the Site Manager on ongoing business improvement and growth. Ability to work varied site trading hours, including weeknights and weekends. Work towards targets that include fuel volume, shop sales, safety, and mystery shop scores based on service, standards, and customer priority. Undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, ensuring site presentation standards are always met. Assist with console operation. Look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride – ensuring safety and customer service are your main priorities.
