Job Description
As Cluster Manager you will oversee two stores and two concessions and be based from the flagship store. You will have proven previous experience at a senior store manager level and love working in a premium fashion environment. Role Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team across 2 stores and 2 concessions to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management across all locations. Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity. Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase our products effectively. Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, coaching team members to deliver a consistent brand experience. Your Skills: Must have previous experience in retail management at a senior store manager level, preferably in premium fashion or beauty. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in executing VM guides and standards to a very high level.
