The Cluster Director of Marketing reports into the Complex General Manager for Marriott Docklands and AC Southbank Hotels Position Summary: Lead the execution of marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information. Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects. Ensures the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives, setting the pace in the industry. Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring them. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Create and allocate marketing budget and expenses. Creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications. Conducting market research and up to date with latest trend. Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values. Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team. About You: Relevant experience in a similar managerial role. Prior Marketing experience within the hotel industry is a MUST.
