About the Role: We’re seeking a Team Leader to oversee our cold storage operations and support the team with: Supervising order pickers and general warehouse duties. Completing paperwork efficiently. Ensuring smooth workflow and meeting operational goals. Working in cold environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of cold storage order pickers. Operate RF scanning equipment for accurate inventory management. Support general warehousing tasks and oversee daily operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a warehousing environment. MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Ticket preferred but not essential (training provided). Ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Comfortable working in cold storage environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Why Join Us?
