About the Role: CarPlace Bibra Lake is seeking a Part-Time Collection Point Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting customers with vehicle pickups and inquiries. Coordinating test drives and ensuring vehicle readiness. Reviewing contracts, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot. Liaising with Finance, Aftercare, Call Centre, and Workshop teams to ensure seamless delivery. To be successful in the role you will need: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of record management systems. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Why join our team?
