We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a Commercial portfolio and must live on the Northern Beaches or within a 10km radius. What are some of the things you will be responsible for? Managing an established portfolio of properties from Industrial, Retail & Office Space across the Northern Beaches. Onboarding new tenancies. Completion of ingoing & outgoing property condition reports. Managing Maintenance, arrears, rental reviews. Manage landlord & tenant obligations as per the terms of the lease. Some of the things you need to bring: Experience as a Commercial Asset Manager preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Property Management Platforms – Re-leased, REST, etc. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders. Positive, can-do, work hard attitude. You must live on the Northern Beaches and have a complete understanding of our area & market. Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations & compliance.
