Join NM Insurance as a Commercial Development Manager and take charge of advertising sales for Nautilus Marine Magazine and the exciting National Motorcycle Insurance digital and print campaigns. This role offers the autonomy to succeed across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging a powerful mix of premium print and digital media to connect leading brands with a highly engaged audience. What You’ll Do: Sell advertising packages across Nautilus Marine Magazine and National Motorcycle Insurance campaigns. Grow revenue by securing new advertisers and nurturing existing partnerships. Develop industry relationships with key players in boating, motorcycling, and outdoor adventure markets. Pitch and close deals via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Attend trade shows and events across Australia and New Zealand to network and generate new business. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and track campaign success. Work closely with marketing and editorial teams to integrate advertising into engaging content. What You Bring: Sales & Business Development Experience– ideally in advertising, media, or sponsorship sales. Proven Ability to Exceed Targets– you know how to prospect, pitch, and close. Confidence in Cold Calling & Negotiation– comfortable reaching out and securing deals. Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills– able to engage with senior decision-makers. Ability to Work Autonomously & Travel– flexible, proactive, and self-motivated. A Passion for Boating, Motorcycling, or Adventure– a big plus, but not essential. What’s in it for You?
