Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts while building strong relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the MD and CFO to provide in-depth analysis that informs investment decisions, enhances profitability, and shapes customer strategy. Oversee the country-level FP&A process, ensuring accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting. Build and maintain relationships across various functions within the business and finance at both local and regional levels, facilitating effective communication and information sharing. Track financial performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive improvements and support business objectives. Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, ensuring they have the necessary information for strategic decision-making. What We’re Looking For: A CA/CPA/CIMA qualified candidate with a proven track record in a large, high-performance environment. Strong FP&A technical skills, having partnered with the C Suite in a regional or head office role. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver insightful analytics that support business initiatives.
