Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr A&F Recruitment Manager | Driving Strategic Connections | Chartered Accountant Join a globally recognised technology brand in a Commercial Finance Manager capacity Support Senior Executives and provide key decision support Salary on offer: $150k - $160k base + bonus opportunity Key responsibilities: Spearhead planning, analysis and reporting initiatives Partner closely with sales leaders to drive strategic decisions and long term profitability Provide strategic financial insights to make informed decisions on performance & growth Work closely with the FP&A function to deliver management & board level reporting Conduct business reviews, business case development and consolidate monthly reporting Support ad-hoc project work and implementing process improvement initiatives About you: CA or CPA qualified with 4-5 years in a revenue focused commercial role Strong business partnering experience with business divisions outside of Finance Proven ability to influence decisions, empowering stakeholder to trust decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
