Commercial Litigation Senior Associate or Special Counsel The Rose Litigation Lawyers Gold Coast office is continuing on its growth trajectory and is looking for remarkable lawyers to join its existing team of commercial litigators. We are currently seeking an experienced (minimum 8+ years PAE) Senior Associate/Special Counsel who wants to undertake work for premium clients and has a genuine desire to lead and assist in the development of our talented junior practitioners. Rose Litigation Lawyers is a boutique specialist litigation firm that acts for public (including the State of Queensland and its opt-in legal service panel entities) and private corporations, national businesses and SME’s. We believe in providing prompt, direct and honest advice as we respond to the varied needs of our clients. Our team of seasoned professionals is highly experienced in resolving Commercial Litigation matters predominantly with the Superior Courts across Australia. We attract substantial complex and large-scale litigation to the firm and the preferred candidate will be seen as a safe pair of hands for these matters. You will have the opportunity to undertake work across a range of disciplines including all aspects of Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Building and Construction. You will also be afforded the opportunity to specialise in your preferred area when client requirements allow it. As important as the ability to autonomously manage a broad case load of litigation is alignment with the firm’s values and one team approach. You will be supported by excellent junior lawyers, law clerks and administrative professionals. The firm has an excellent pipeline of work and the firm's business service team also includes a marketing department to assist with the successful candidate's own business development goals.
