As Commercial Manager/CFO, you will collaborate across multiple channels, partners, and government in this unique role.About the role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing both short and long-term strategies aligning with the critical minerals company vision and innovative energy solutions as part of the overall commercial and financial leadership. In addition, you will: Identify and develop strategic opportunities for long-term contracts with corporate clients and energy consumers. Develop tailored commercial offers and innovative product solutions to meet evolving market demands. Negotiate and secure commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including government, partners, and corporate energy consumers. Proactively engage with potential customers and their advisers to understand their energy requirements and present customized solutions. Analyze market trends and propose strategies to expand market channels and enhance competitive positioning. About you Extensive leadership experience across Commercial and/or Finance/Strategy, together with tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline. Experience within industries such as Mining, Mining Services, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Energy. Demonstrated ability to manage tender processes and develop commercially viable proposals. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with superior communication and negotiation skills.
