We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Commercial Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. At Ray White Commercial (WA) you will find the opportunity to grow and take ownership of your role with the backing of an international brand and supportive team. About the role We require a commercial marketing coordinator who can manage their workflow independently while also working as part of a team. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in producing and coordinating template-based marketing collateral for a busy Commercial Real Estate team, with the option to express your creative flair by assisting in the design of bespoke marketing collateral. Experience in the real estate industry or property sector is highly regarded but not essential. Creating template driven commercial property marketing collateral which includes IM’s and submissions (InDesign or Canva experience essential) Manage and book advertising campaigns in Digital and Print media outlets Oversee daily operations, including managing property files, maintaining documentation, processing expenses, and providing general office support Coordinating and updating social media, websites, real estate listings and eDMs Manage and maintain a Squarespace website (training provided) CRM database management Ensure compliance of the Ray White brand About you: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in the real estate industry or property sector is highly desirable CRM database management (experience with VaultRE preferred) Proficiency in InDesign or Canva is essential Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality High level organisation and time management skills Willingness and ability to learn What we Offer: Monthly RDO Monday – Friday only – keep your weekends free!
