What you'll be responsible for Originate and Structure Loans: Originate and structure loans tailored to your clients’ needs. Relationship Building: Build relationships with referral partners like mortgage brokers, accountants, and buyers agents. Loan Advice: Provide expert advice on loan structures and funding options. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Verbal communication: Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience. Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
