As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimator / Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator / Contract Administrator to assist with estimating, project coordination, and contract administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from initial quotes to project completion. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for metal roofing and wall sheeting projects Review project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements Source supplier and subcontractor pricing for competitive bidding Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success Monitor project timelines and budget compliance Assist in procurement and scheduling of materials Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects Requirements: Previous experience in estimating and contract administration (preferably in metal roofing & wall sheeting or construction) Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry standards Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive and professional team environment Ongoing training and development How to Apply: If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
