Job Description

This is a new position in a growing company who specialise in outdoor furniture & equipment. They are seeking a highly motivated, personable and business minded administrative professional to work within their commercial sales department, coordinating all internal administration and quotes. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound client enquiries and new project briefs Communicate with clients, designers, project managers and builders Prepare quotations and tender documents for the sales team Send quotation requests to suppliers and contractors Accurate data entry of accepted quotations, invoices and other ad-hoc data Skills and Experience Interest or experience within architecture & design highly regarded Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems Experience with providing exceptional administrative support Professional presentation and strong work ethic Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Willingness to contribute to collaborative team environment Well organised and team player Benefits and Culture A great team culture with emphasis on mentorship and support Opportunities for international travel and training Idyllic Northern Beaches office location #J-18808-Ljbffr
