About the Role A well-established commercial real estate agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to join its dynamic team.Key Responsibilities Conduct by-appointment inspections with prospective purchasers and lessees Manage administration tasks and maintain databases Generate leads and actively canvass for new business Assist in the listing process, including preparing paperwork, measuring properties, photography, and copywriting for online listings Liaise with conjunction agents Prepare marketing proposals and coordinate marketing activities, including signage, brochures, web listings, and email campaigns What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Excellent communication and business development skills A positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn What's on Offer Competitive salary of $70K + super + commissions Comprehensive training and ongoing support Convenient Parramatta location, close to public transport Career growth opportunities in a supportive team environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in commercial real estate.
