As a commercial and operations manager, you will oversee contracts, pricing, procurement, production schedules, logistics, staff management, and client relationships , ensuring efficiency, profitability, and the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for initial project costing, management of financial performance and reporting, and improving operational efficiencies. Production oversight, including coordination of logistics and management of procurement to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships. You will also be able to manage a team of employees, ensuring clear communications and performance expectations. What we’re looking for: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a construction management or business leadership role . Proven experience in operations management within construction or manufacturing . Knowledge of commercial construction law and contract management . Strong financial acumen with experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis . Leadership experience in managing staff and teams , with a focus on efficiency and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and employees. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Familiarity with precast concrete manufacturing is an advantage but not essential. Proficiency in project management tools and software . Tertiary qualification in construction management, business, or a related field .
