Skills & Experience You will be a commercial litigation or regulatory litigation lawyer at the 4-5 year level, and 8-10 year level with extensive current major Australian law firm experience. About the Role Be involved in high value, significant corporate disputes and risk issues . Most recent major disputes include construction disputes in the energy sector, including several arising from recently completed LNG plants. Counsel your corporations and individuals in relation to dealing with the consequences of alleged foreign corrupt practices and other white collar criminal matters.
