We’re thrilled to announce that our Portfolio is expanding with the building of a 102 bed Residential Aged Care home in the Central Coast location of Kincumber. It is expected we will be welcoming new residents in August 2025 to Holy Cross, Kincumber. We are seeking a dedicated Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process for this new Residential Aged Care (RAC) home. In this role, you will ensure that operational and financial targets are met, while delivering resident-focused services in line with our budget and project schedule.This role is for a maximum term of 12 months during the Commissioning phase with a projected start date of March 2025.Initially, this full-time role will be based at Head Office in Macquarie Park, with site visits to Kincumber. As the project progresses it is expected the Commissioning Manager will spend more time on site culminating in being on site full-time. Key Responsibilities: Operational and Financial Targets: Lead the commissioning process for the assigned portfolio to ensure targets are met. Develop and manage roster processes, create budget contingency strategies, manage expenditure, and collaborate with procurement and revenue teams. Compliance: Ensure robust processes and procedures are in place to comply with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Assist in developing commissioning policies, oversee service operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Management: Liaise and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Maintain regular communication with key staff, residents, and families and respond to escalated complaints. About You: As a valued team member of Catholic Healthcare, you will: Promote positive working relationships with the team Enthusiastically participate in team meetings, activities, and development conversations Take responsibility for your own personal and professional development Provide ideas for continuous improvement Positively represent Catholic Healthcare in all interactions Celebrate the wins of the team and colleagues Remain focused on Catholic Healthcare’s purpose and uphold and live the core values of the business Your Qualifications: Registered General Nurse with AHPRA (optional) Post Graduate qualifications in Management (e.g., MBA) or Project Management Valid driver’s license In-depth knowledge of the Australian health & aged care system, including funding options Knowledge of the accreditation process & best practice principles Extensive experience in commissioning new aged care services at a facility or regional level Demonstrated depth of experience in a senior management position within the aged care sector Demonstrated success in leading & driving change & achieving desired outcomes.
