Who we’re looking for: Based on a DTMR project in Rockhampton Be part of a high performing team and work alongside the industry’s top performers to contribute to a significant road upgrade within a highly trafficked environment Long-term employment opportunity The key objective for the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager role is to hold responsibility for communications activities and oversee the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for this project. Other duties and responsibilities include: Interaction with internal and external stakeholders and the general public Managing community concerns and providing feedback to the Project Manager. Represent BMD within the community context. Understanding the community context in which the project is operating, whilst raising awareness of these issues within project team. Understand and comply with DTMR communication, processes, branding and style guides requirements Identifying community impacts from the project and implementing controls. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, media relations communications or business At least 5 years demonstrated stakeholder management experience within the Australian construction sector ($100M + DTMR Highly Desired) Experience in or understanding of stakeholder requirements in achieving Infrastructure Sustainability Council Project Ratings Experience in working in a team, and managing communications, stakeholder engagement and related issues on a major infrastructure project or projects For more about us, head to .
