Community Care Workers (Aged and Disability Care) ACI Home Care (aged care) and Sydney Care Partners (disability care) provide services to older people and people with disabilities throughout the Southwestern Sydney region. We are currently seeking both permanent PT and casual staff Care Worker/Support Workers to join our growing team. The Position You will support clients to retain independence and wellbeing through the provision of client centered personal care, domestic assistance, leisure and social activities, transport services, and meal preparation and nutrition. You will work with the Care Manager/Coordinator to ensure that the client's needs and goals are met, and any concerns are escalated and acted on. You will be meticulous in completing client documentation in a comprehensive and timely manner and be able to confidently use a Smartphone enabled App to record your shift and travel times. To be successful in this role you will need Completion of Certificate III Individual Support Previous experience working with older people or people with a disability Compassion for older people and people with disabilities from both mainstream and multicultural backgrounds An Australian driver's license and a reliable, insured motor vehicle First Aid and CPR certification Language skills are highly regarded.
