Beta Health PTY LTD Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Beta Health is seeking various passionate and experienced Credentialed Diabetes Educators and/or Dietitians to join our team in Ipswich, Queensland. This is a part-time opportunity to work with our client base and support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. What you'll be doing Provide individualised diabetes education or dietetics counselling to patients with a range of medical conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease. Develop and implement evidence-based plans and programs to help patients manage their health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of diabetes. Contribute to the development and delivery of group education sessions and workshops. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, in compliance with professional and organisational standards. Mandatory qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition, or equivalent qualification. OR Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) with a Bachelor degree in Nursing. What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and support patients from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering patient-centred care. Proficient in the use of electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
