The chance to make a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement community education programs and initiatives. Develop high quality funding submissions. Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to identify educational needs and opportunities. Manage and oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Promote programs through various channels, including social media, community events, and partnerships. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes. Who We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience in community education and strengthening initiatives or a similar role. At least 2 years’ experience in leading and managing high-functioning teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
