The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team, working part time (3 days) in the Community in North West Melbourne , including Tullamarine, Taylors Hill, Deer Park, and Footscray. With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will support and guide them to achieve their goals and ultimately help them live their best lives. You will work with a range of clients, predominantly in the community but also with some patients in residential aged care. We provide services across the following packages and programs: Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs. Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery. Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries. Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home. Residential aged care facilities: develop, implement, and manage group and 1:1 exercise programs. About you You are a fully AHPRA registered Physiotherapist, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience, ideally within a community setting, and are comfortable working independently. As a mobile Community Physio, you will need to be comfortable traveling to our clients located across North West Melbourne and provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
