About this role: This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations within the Endeavour Foundation's Team that oversees the Community Access & Mobile Services for our Clients. In this role, you will be based in the Rockhampton Region and manage the Day-to-Day Operations of these Disability Services while leading and motivating a dedicated team of staff. Travel is required between these sites on a regular basis. This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity, offering a chance to make a lasting impact on our community and foster growth within your team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred supports to people with disabilities both in the learning and lifestyle centre and in the community by leading with a sustainable business model. This role has potential for future growth in the Disability Sector, and you will be the person to drive innovative and creative ideas with the support to back these grand plans. To be successful, you will have previous or similar experience in disability operational/leadership at a middle management level within Disability sectors and hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. What you can bring to the team: Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in human services or related field. Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector, and experience within Community services support for people with a disability. Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person-centred supports, including to people with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision, and NDIS. Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
