Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Lawyer Be involved in market-leading local & global transactions and projects in NZ, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. This position is part-time and requires 5 years’ PAE. Responsibilities: Advising on competition law (clearance and authorisation). Understanding the interface between IP and competition law. Advising on consumer law including misleading & deceptive conduct. Navigating economic regulatory regimes (telco, dairy, and electricity markets). Managing significant & complex joint venture arrangements, supply & licensing agreements, and distribution structures. Assisting on Commerce Commission cartel investigations and leniency applications (dawn raids and criminal cartel investigations). Skills & Experience: You will be a Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Lawyer at the Senior Associate level, preferably with litigation experience.
