Duties Review and quality assure responses to complaints received by the Department. Manage complaints that are sensitive and complex in nature. Contribute to the review of complaints policies and procedures. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to improve complaints management processes. Period of Appointment Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours per fortnight 73.5 hours per fortnight Minimum Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment) Application Process Electronic submission of application is preferred.
