Job Description
Duration: 9 months with a possibility to extend Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate completion and well services operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency. Oversee the execution of well completion activities, including perforation, stimulation, and equipment installation, to meet project objectives. Collaborate with drilling and production teams to develop and implement well completion plans aligned with overall field development strategies. Monitor and analyse well performance data, making recommendations for optimisation and efficiency improvements in completion processes. Lead and mentor completion and well services teams, ensuring effective communication, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement in performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in completions and well services operations within the oil and gas industry. Expertise in well completion activities, including perforation, stimulation, and equipment installation. Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational standards related to completions and well services. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, ensuring efficient and safe execution of completion and well services projects. Full-Time Australian Working Rights Required!
