About Us: As a leading provider in Emergency Response, Medical, Risk Management, and Training Services (RTO No: 51786 and 40772), Parabellum International Training is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Training Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across our RTO facilities in Western Australia (WA) and Queensland (QLD). We operate state-of-the-art training centres at our brand-new facility in Naval Base, WA, as well as our locations in Caloundra and Gladstone, QLD. We offer a diverse range of accredited and non-accredited courses in emergency response, medical, and workplace safety. At Parabellum International Training, we focus on quality over quantity. About the Role: This role will be based in Naval Base, WA, reporting to the RTO Manager and General Manager. This role requires a meticulous, highly motivated individual with a strong background in compliance to oversee and ensure adherence to regulations across two RTOs located in Naval Base, WA, and the Sunshine Coast, QLD. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ASQA and VET standards related to training, maintaining quality control in training programs. Your expertise in managing systems and procedures within an RTO environment, along with maintaining a Learning Management System, will be vital in upholding the organisation's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Ensure both RTOs comply with the Standards for RTOs 2015, ASQA regulations, and other relevant legislative requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain best-practice compliance frameworks. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and rectification planning to ensure ongoing compliance. Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and audit documentation. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, regulatory changes, and quality assurance processes. Oversee student records, course accreditation, and training delivery standards to align with compliance requirements. Act as the primary liaison with ASQA and other regulatory bodies. Effectively implement the new Standards for RTOs 2025. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance training quality and operational efficiency. About You: Proven experience in an RTO compliance management role. In-depth knowledge of RTO Standards, ASQA regulations, and VET sector compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities across two locations. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training-related software (preferably aXcelerate). Relevant qualifications in training, education, business, or compliance (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – desirable). Why Join Us?
