Employment Type: Permanent Full Time The opportunity to join our team Our Conceptual Design Lead is responsible for leading ideation and creation of integrated campaigns, setting the creative direction and expectation of the design studio and managing the team to that standard. You will have an immediate impact on client experience across all our brands. You will: Lead the design studio – ensuring the team are clear on creative expectation, design direction, delivery commitments and making great work Generate creative ideas to meet internal briefs Be the lead creative collaborator with external agencies to create and deliver integrated campaigns Be the creative voice across the business Creative stewardship across all creative disciplines (writing, content, social) What you will bring: Extensive experience in a similar role Design experience and creative ability – idea generation not just execution True multi-media, multi format capability (digital, design, video, motion, animation) Presentation at exceptional scale Extensive knowledge of all major design programs Ability to lead while being on the tools as well Make your move.
