We are seeking a customer focused Concierge / Sales & Marketing Administrator to work in our Toukley office. Your primary responsibilities will be to: Provide necessary administrative support in the listing and selling process Manage property marketing and marketing quotes Book all artwork and publications (Previous experience with Campaigntrack is highly desirable) Liaise with vendors and buyers, solicitors, property stylists, building inspectors and valuers Other administrative support as required Create and format documents and presentations Preparation of open home packs Manage data into the CRM, (Agentbox) You: Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail Are highly organised with excellent time management skills Have strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude Possess clear communication skills and present professionally Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated If you have the required experience and possess the genuine desire to make a significant difference to a company that values the extraordinary, please apply online now or submit your CV and cover letter to (emailprotected) #J-18808-Ljbffr
