Job Description
We have a rare opportunity to join a national supplier company on the Gold Coast. As their administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer orders, concrete batching, and deliveries. We are looking for candidates who have very strong administration skills, high attention to detail, and can build rapport with clients and customers. The role is based in Burleigh Heads.Early starts will be required for this role. Key responsibilities: Answering incoming enquiries and orders - ensuring great customer service Taking orders, ensuring correct batches and concrete designs are put into the system correctly Tracking jobs, scheduling deliveries into the system, and updating these movements accordingly Communicating with other depots and drivers to ensure schedules and service are accurate Data entry and other general administration Assisting with operational improvements Ideally, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders Strong administration skills Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail Confidence with computers and learning new systems This role is for an ASAP start and is an ongoing temporary role with a high possibility of permanent for the right person.
