Engage, Build and Drive We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic leader to the Concrete and Quarry Operations team as a Concrete Plant Manager leading the Northwest operations including Devonport, Ulverstone & Burnie Concrete Plants, while also overseeing Calder Sand Quarry. Reporting to the Area Manager, this dual management position is a multi-faceted role - responsible for the concrete and quarry sales, operations daily management, operational and financial activities across all managed sites. In Your New Role, You Will Be in the driver’s seat, managing the day-to-day operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including sales, financial reporting and managing costs within budget. Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers. Engage with customers to generate new business to achieve business and sales goals. Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence within your region. This role is a great fit for you, if you have: Inspired and led teams through transformation to achieve growth. You have experience with P&L and month end reporting will be advantageous. A team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure.
