Australia and NZ’s largest and most diverse experiences company. Skills & Experience Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1 year experience as team leader, shift supervisor or assistant manager. Experience in Corporate & Event function service, setup and operations. Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills. Strong working knowledge of point of sale systems such as Micros and understanding of PMS systems such as Opera. Ability to multi-task. Leadership skills that are second to none. Fully conversant with all aspects of hotel operational procedures. Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an operations supervisor?
