Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team? Proven experience in training and coaching team members. A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management. Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers. Driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPI’s. Have an interest in fashion and retail.
