Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Cadet to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to a variety of exciting projects. As a Construction Cadet, you will support our client's experienced team across project management, site coordination, and administrative tasks, helping us deliver top tier builds. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers and site supervisors in the coordination of Class 1 and Class 2 construction projects. Support contract administration, procurement, and document control, including project admin, data entry, and updating drawings and registers. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project efficiency. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Assist in the preparation of project reports, schedules, and cost tracking. Gain exposure to construction methodologies, codes, and regulations. Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and problem-solving. Qualifications & Requirements: A strong passion for construction and a desire to pursue a career in the industry. Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
