Your New Firm Your new firm has a specialist focus and market-leading expertise in construction. Your New Role Joining this large specialist team, you’ll play a pivotal role in complex litigation and arbitration matters arising from large-scale, high-value projects across major infrastructure, renewables, and commercial projects. In this dynamic role, you will: Advise and represent project owners (including government), major contractors, and engineering firms in high-value disputes. Manage complex litigation and arbitration, including adjudications and expert determinations. Draft legal submissions, oversee case strategy, and collaborate with leading Counsel and technical experts. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, fostering a strong team environment. You’ll work with some of the country’s largest developers, multinational engineering firms, and key government stakeholders, gaining exposure to challenging and career-defining matters.
